Diagnosis precedes design.

Four phases. Each concludes with a written artifact, inspected by the accountable operator before the next begins.

We interview operators, review artifacts, and instrument existing flows. Output is a written diagnosis of what the operation is and how it degrades.

Weeks 1–3

We specify the target system — components, interfaces, decision rights, and telemetry. Everything testable. Everything documented.

Weeks 3–8

We build integrations, deploy automation where justified, and instrument outcomes. Weekly working sessions with the accountable operator.

Weeks 8–16

Documentation, training, and an operations manual sufficient for your team to run and extend the system without us.
